稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COPS2 (COP9 signalosome subunit 2) is an essential component of the COP9 signalosome, a multi-protein complex involved in the regulation of diverse cellular processes, including protein degradation, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. Research has highlighted COPS2's critical role in modulating signal transduction pathways and its involvement in various diseases, particularly cancer. As a regulator of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, COPS2 influences the stability of key regulatory proteins, thus affecting cellular responses to stress and growth signals. The study of COPS2 recombinantly expressed proteins provides valuable insights into its functional mechanisms and regulatory networks. Through the production of purified COPS2 proteins, researchers can investigate its structural characteristics, interaction partners, and enzymatic activities. Moreover, recombinant COPS2 can be utilized in assays to elucidate its role in the ubiquitination process and to explore potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to dysregulation of the COP9 signalosome. Given the emerging evidence of COPS2's involvement in tumorigenesis and its potential as a biomarker, understanding its biochemical properties and interactions could pave the way for innovative strategies in cancer treatment and prevention. Thus, research on COPS2 recombinant proteins not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental cellular mechanisms but also holds promise for the development of novel therapeutic approaches.
