稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDKL2 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase-Like 2) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, neuronal differentiation, and signal transduction. The gene encoding CDKL2 is located on human chromosome X and is primarily expressed in the brain, suggesting its significant involvement in neurological functions. Recent studies have linked mutations in the CDKL2 gene to neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, indicating that understanding its biological functions and molecular mechanisms is vital for potential therapeutic interventions. The recombinant protein of CDKL2 is utilized in various research applications to elucidate its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interaction with other cellular proteins. By producing and characterizing CDKL2 recombinant protein, researchers aim to uncover its roles in cell signaling pathways and how its dysregulation might contribute to neurodevelopmental diseases. Furthermore, studying CDKL2 can provide insights into the broader mechanisms governing neuronal development and function, thereby offering potential targets for drug discovery and treatment strategies for related disorders. This research is essential for advancing our understanding of brain development and the pathophysiology of associated conditions.
