Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTDP1, or C-Terminal Domain Phosphatase 1, is a crucial enzyme involved in the regulation of transcription processes in eukaryotic cells. It primarily plays a significant role in the dephosphorylation of the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II, which is essential for mRNA synthesis and processing. The importance of CTDP1 extends beyond transcription; it is also implicated in various cellular processes, including RNA splicing, repair, and the cell cycle. Dysregulation of CTDP1 has been associated with several human diseases, including cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Research on CTDP1 recombinant proteins has significantly advanced our understanding of its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and the intricate regulatory mechanisms governing gene expression. By characterizing these recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the exact pathways through which CTDP1 functions and to explore how its enzymatic activity can be modulated. This knowledge could pave the way for developing innovative approaches to treat diseases linked to aberrant transcriptional regulation. In summary, the study of CTDP1 recombinant proteins is pivotal for unraveling the complexities of gene expression regulation and could have far-reaching implications in biomedical research and therapeutic interventions.
