Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM72, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as muscle biology, metabolism, and immune response. It is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, where it is believed to play a critical role in regulating glucose transport and lipid metabolism. TRIM72 has been shown to act as a ubiquitin E3 ligase, influencing protein stability and degradation pathways, which are crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Moreover, its involvement in muscle repair and regeneration makes it a target of interest in the context of muscle-wasting diseases and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have highlighted its protective effects against insulin resistance and obesity, suggesting that TRIM72 may have therapeutic potential for treating metabolic dysfunctions. With the rising prevalence of obesity and related diseases globally, understanding the functional mechanisms and pathways of TRIM72 can provide new insights into developing effective interventions. Thus, ongoing research into TRIM72 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate their biological functions and potential applications in medicine, particularly for enhancing muscle regeneration and metabolic health.
