Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STK10, also known as serine/threonine kinase 10, is a member of the STE20-like kinase family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and immune response. Research has shown that STK10 is involved in the modulation of the actin cytoskeleton and has a significant role in hematopoiesis and lymphocyte development. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and immune disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The study of STK10 recombinant proteins is critical for understanding its biochemical properties, signaling pathways, and role in cellular processes. By expressing STK10 as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its enzymatic functions, interaction with substrates, and involvement in cellular signaling networks. This research can also facilitate the development of STK10 inhibitors or activators that could be used in experimental or clinical settings to modulate its activity in disease models. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationship of STK10 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its unique regulatory mechanisms and potential as a biomarker for various pathologies. Overall, the investigation of STK10 recombinant proteins represents a valuable avenue for advancing our knowledge of this kinase's role in health and disease.
