  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Fbxw10, a member of the F-box protein family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, which regulates various cellular processes such as protein degradation, signal transduction, and cell cycle control. The study of Fbxw10 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in the modulation of tumor progression and immune response. Recent research indicates that Fbxw10 interacts with various substrates, influencing their stability and function, thereby impacting critical pathways in cancer biology, particularly in the context of specific malignancies like breast and colorectal cancer. Furthermore, Fbxw10's expression levels have been correlated with patient prognosis, underscoring its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment response. The elucidation of Fbxw10's functional mechanisms may contribute to the identification of novel therapeutic targets and strategies, highlighting the necessity for further investigation into its structural properties and interactions in cellular environments. Understanding the precise role of Fbxw10 in cellular pathways can ultimately pave the way for innovative approaches in cancer therapy and enhance our comprehension of ubiquitous protein regulation in health and disease.
