Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CNNM1 gene encodes for a protein belonging to the cyclin M family, which is primarily involved in magnesium homeostasis in cells. Research on CNNM1 has gained momentum due to its potential role in various physiological processes and diseases, including those related to magnesium transport and metabolism. Abnormalities in magnesium transport have been implicated in several conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, and neurological disorders. Moreover, recent studies have suggested that CNNM1 may play a significant role in cellular signaling pathways, impacting cellular proliferation and differentiation. The recombinant production of CNNM1 protein allows for in-depth studies of its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in health and disease. Understanding the structure and function of CNNM1 at a molecular level can pave the way for potential therapeutic targets or diagnostic tools, thereby emphasizing the importance of this protein in biomedical research. As such, the study of CNNM1 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of basic cellular mechanisms but also contributes to the identification of novel strategies for preventing and treating magnesium-related disorders.
