Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNKSR3, or Casitas B-lineage lymphoma (CBL) kinase substrate 3, is a protein that has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular signaling and development. It is part of the CNK (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) family of proteins, known for their involvement in various signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Research has indicated that CNKSR3 may interact with several key signaling molecules, including growth factor receptors and RAS-family proteins, suggesting it could play a critical role in processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis. Dysregulation of CNKSR3 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where altered signaling pathways can lead to uncontrolled cell growth. Understanding the structure and function of CNKSR3 through studies involving recombinant protein production can help elucidate its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Recombinant CNKSR3 can be utilized in biochemical assays to study its interactions with other proteins and to investigate how it contributes to the signaling networks within cells. By advancing our knowledge of CNKSR3, researchers hope to uncover novel therapeutic targets for diseases linked to its dysfunction, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies.
