稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK12, also known as Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase 12, is a member of the p38 MAPK family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and response to stress stimuli. The interest in MAPK12 has grown significantly due to its involvement in various pathological conditions, such as inflammation, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that MAPK12 regulates key signaling pathways that influence gene expression and cell fate decisions, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, its unique activation mechanisms and biological functions compared to other MAPKs have prompted scientists to investigate the structural and functional aspects of MAPK12, particularly through the expression of recombinant proteins for functional assays and structural studies. Understanding the specific roles of MAPK12 in disease mechanisms can provide insights into novel treatment strategies, emphasizing the importance of studying this protein in more detail. Hence, the development of MAPK12 recombinant proteins has become a focal point for researchers aiming to elucidate its biological functions and therapeutic potential.
