Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CMTM2 (Chemokine-like factor 2) is a member of the chemokine-like factor family, implicated in various biological processes including immune response, cell migration, and cancer progression. Research has increasingly focused on CMTM2 due to its potential role in tumorigenesis and its association with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain cancers. The protein exhibits a unique structure characterized by a key functional domain that facilitates interactions with other cellular proteins, influencing signaling pathways. Additionally, CMTM2 is known to modulate processes such as apoptosis and cell proliferation, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Despite its potential relevance, the precise mechanisms of CMTM2 are not thoroughly understood, prompting investigations into its functional properties, expression patterns, and molecular interactions. Recombinant CMTM2 protein production has emerged as a crucial tool for elucidating the protein's biological functions and for exploring its therapeutic potential. Such studies aim to establish CMTM2 as a viable biomarker and therapeutic target, thereby contributing to the development of novel treatment strategies in oncology and immunological diseases. Overall, understanding CMTM2 through recombinant protein research holds promise for advancing knowledge in biomedical science and enhancing therapeutic approaches in a clinical setting.
