稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Adiponectin (ADIPOQ) is an adipocyte-derived peptide hormone that plays a critical role in regulating glucose levels as well as fatty acid breakdown. Due to its anti-inflammatory and insulin-sensitizing properties, ADIPOQ has garnered significant interest in metabolic research, particularly concerning obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. The therapeutic potential of ADIPOQ has led to the investigation of recombinant forms of the protein to explore its biological effects and possible applications in clinical settings. Previous studies have shown that low levels of circulating adiponectin are associated with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome, making it a key biomarker and therapeutic target. Recombinant ADIPOQ proteins have been engineered to better understand their biological functions and to evaluate their efficacy in modulating metabolic pathways in vitro and in vivo. The increasing prevalence of metabolic disorders has prompted extensive research into the molecular mechanisms of ADIPOQ action, including its influence on lipid metabolism, inflammation, and energy homeostasis. Moreover, the potential to harness recombinant ADIPOQ for therapeutic interventions presents a promising avenue for addressing obesity-related conditions. Current studies are focused on optimizing the production, purification, and functional analysis of recombinant ADIPOQ to enhance its potential as a biotherapeutic agent. Understanding the structure-function relationships of ADIPOQ and its receptors will be crucial in developing effective strategies for utilizing this protein in treating metabolic diseases, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and offering novel approaches to managing obesity-related health challenges.
