稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC3A, also known as C-type lectin domain family 3 member A, is a protein that has gained attention in immunological research due to its role in modulating immune responses. Initially identified as a protein expressed in the lungs, CLEC3A has been implicated in various physiological processes, including inflammation and tissue repair. Research suggests that CLEC3A may interact with specific receptors on immune cells, influencing their activation and function. Studies have indicated that CLEC3A may play a protective role in certain diseases, such as asthma and allergic reactions, by regulating inflammatory responses and promoting the resolution of inflammation. Additionally, the protein's expression pattern in various tissues and its potential involvement in immune evasion mechanisms in tumors have sparked interest in its application in cancer immunotherapy. To better understand CLEC3A's biological functions and therapeutic potential, researchers have begun to focus on the generation of recombinant CLEC3A proteins. These recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for studying the protein's interactions, signaling pathways, and effects on immune cell behavior. Overall, the investigation of CLEC3A and its recombinant forms represents a promising avenue for uncovering novel strategies to modulate immune responses in both autoimmune diseases and cancer, highlighting the need for continued research in this area.
