稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CADM4 protein, also known as Cell Adhesion Molecule 4, has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology and cancer research due to its pivotal role in cell adhesion, signaling, and tumor progression. CADM4 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is primarily expressed in neuronal tissues, where it is believed to facilitate synaptic connections and maintain neuronal integrity. Recent studies have shown that CADM4 is downregulated in various cancers, suggesting its potential as a tumor suppressor. The loss of CADM4 expression has been associated with increased cellular proliferation, migration, and invasion, highlighting its critical function in inhibiting metastatic behavior. Furthermore, CADM4's interaction with other cell adhesion molecules and signaling pathways illustrates its importance in maintaining the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) balance, a key process in cancer progression. Investigating the role and mechanisms of CADM4 in tumor biology can provide valuable insights into its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. As research continues to uncover the multifaceted functions of CADM4, its significance in disease pathology, particularly in the context of neurogenesis and oncogenesis, becomes increasingly evident, thereby positioning it as a crucial focus for future studies aimed at developing novel cancer treatment strategies.
