Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FZD10 (Frizzled-10) is a member of the Frizzled family of G protein-coupled receptors that play a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is integral to various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. Research into FZD10 has gained attention due to its implications in cancer biology and various developmental disorders. Alterations in Wnt signaling, often associated with aberrant Frizzled receptor activity, can lead to tumorigenesis, making FZD10 a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant protein of FZD10 allows researchers to explore its structure-function relationship, evaluate its binding affinities with Wnt ligands, and assess its role in modulating downstream signaling pathways. Moreover, studies utilizing FZD10 recombinant protein can facilitate the understanding of its interactions at the cellular level and its impact on processes like stem cell maintenance and tissue homeostasis. As the manipulation of the Wnt pathway holds promise for regenerative medicine and cancer therapy, the exploration of FZD10's properties and functions through recombinant protein studies is vital for developing novel strategies to target this signaling cascade in various diseases.
