稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ERAP2 (Endoplasmic Reticulum Aminopeptidase 2) is a crucial enzyme involved in the immune response, particularly in the processing of peptides for presentation by Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) Class I molecules. It plays a significant role in shaping the peptide repertoire that activates CD8+ T cells, thus influencing the effectiveness of adaptive immunity. Variations in the ERAP2 gene have been associated with susceptibility to various autoimmune diseases, highlighting its importance in immunological research. The study of ERAP2 recombinant proteins is pivotal for understanding its enzymatic activity and substrate specificity, as well as its interactions with other proteins within the endoplasmic reticulum. Furthermore, investigating the structure-function relationship of ERAP2 can provide insights into its role in antigen processing and the overall immune response. By producing recombinant ERAP2 proteins, researchers can explore therapeutic avenues for modulating immune responses, potentially leading to novel strategies for treating autoimmune disorders, cancers, and improving vaccine efficacy. This research is not only fundamental to immunology but may also contribute to the development of targeted therapies that harness the immune system to combat diseases.
