Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SC65 is a highly relevant protein in the context of cancer research and cell signaling due to its role as a regulator of cellular processes. Originally identified as a member of the SRC family, SC65 has garnered attention for its involvement in mediating the interactions between various signaling pathways, particularly those linked to apoptosis and cell proliferation. Studies have shown that SC65 can influence the activity of critical oncogenic proteins, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have been focusing on its structure and functional mechanisms to understand how it modulates the signaling cascades that contribute to tumor development and progression. The recombinant expression of SC65 has enabled scientists to study its properties in detail, facilitating the exploration of its interaction with other cellular components. Additionally, the investigation into SC65's post-translational modifications and the implications of these modifications on its function can provide deeper insights into cancer biology. As the understanding of SC65 advances, it may open new avenues for developing targeted therapies aimed at inhibiting its function, ultimately contributing to more effective cancer treatment strategies.
