Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEP76 is a critical protein that plays an important role in cell division and the regulation of the microtubule cytoskeleton. It is known to interact with various components of the centrosome and is implicated in the maintenance of proper spindle formation during mitosis. The study of CEP76 has gained considerable attention due to its potential role in various diseases, particularly cancer. Dysregulation of centrosomal proteins can lead to abnormal cell division, contributing to tumorigenesis and disease progression. Recent research has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CEP76 function, its interactions with other centrosomal proteins, and how these interactions affect cellular processes. Investigating CEP76 not only provides insight into the fundamental aspects of cell biology but also offers potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. The production of recombinant CEP76 proteins enables researchers to explore its structure-function relationships and assess its role in cell cycle regulation, with the hope of uncovering novel strategies for combating diseases associated with cell division errors.
