Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SAT (S-adenosyl-L-threonine) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential roles in various biological processes and biotechnological applications. SAT is a pivotal substrate in the methylation reactions that are crucial for gene regulation, protein function, and metabolic pathways. Its involvement in the transfer of methyl groups makes it essential for the synthesis of important biomolecules, including nucleotides and amino acids. Researchers are particularly interested in the recombinant production of SAT proteins, which allows for the large-scale production and purification necessary for detailed biochemical studies. Additionally, recombinant SAT proteins can be utilized in functional assays to explore their enzymatic functions and interactions with other biomolecules, contributing to a better understanding of their roles in cellular metabolism and disease mechanisms. Furthermore, engineered SAT proteins hold promise for innovative applications in synthetic biology, where they could be used to create novel pathways for the biosynthesis of valuable compounds. The exploration of SAT recombinant proteins thus represents a convergence of fundamental science and practical application, aiming to unlock new insights in metabolic engineering and therapeutic development.
