Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEP70 (Centrosomal Protein of 70 kDa) is a protein that plays a pivotal role in cellular processes, particularly in the assembly and function of the centrosome, which is crucial for proper cell division and organization. Research has shown that CEP70 is involved in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and mitotic spindle formation, making it essential for maintaining genomic stability. Mutations or dysregulation of CEP70 have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where aberrant cell division leads to tumorigenesis. The investigation of CEP70 has gained prominence due to its potential as a biomarker for certain cancers and as a therapeutic target. Recombinant CEP70 protein studies enable researchers to explore its structure-function relationships, interactions with other centrosomal proteins, and its role in cellular pathways. Understanding CEP70’s mechanisms can provide insights into the molecular underpinnings of cell cycle regulation and oncogenesis, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Thus, the recombination and characterization of CEP70 is a significant area of interest in molecular and cellular biology, offering promising prospects for future research and clinical applications.
