Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SART1, or the squamous cell carcinoma antigen recognized by T cells 1, is a tumor-associated antigen that has gained significant attention in cancer immunology due to its potential as a target for immunotherapy, particularly in squamous cell carcinoma. SART1 is typically overexpressed in various cancers, making it a promising candidate for the development of vaccines and other immunotherapeutic strategies aimed at eliciting a T-cell response against tumor cells. Research has shown that SART1 can induce specific immune responses in patients, highlighting its role in tumor surveillance and the body's natural defense mechanisms against malignancies. Studies have focused on the characterization of SART1 as a recombinant protein, exploring its structure, expression profiles, and mechanisms of action in order to harness its therapeutic potential. The development of SART1-based therapies seeks to improve treatment outcomes for cancer patients, particularly in ensuring specificity and reducing off-target effects commonly associated with conventional therapies. Current efforts also aim to understand the immune epitopes presented by SART1, which could further refine vaccine design and enhance their efficacy. Overall, the investigation of SART1 recombinant protein opens new avenues for personalized cancer therapy and enhances our understanding of the immune landscape in cancer progression.
