Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NTRK3, a member of the neurotrophic receptor kinase (NTRK) family, plays a crucial role in neuronal development and function through its interaction with neurotrophins, specifically brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Mutations and structural rearrangements involving NTRK3 have been implicated in various cancers, particularly in pediatric tumors such as secretory breast carcinoma and congenital fibrosarcoma. The discovery of NTRK3 fusions has led to its recognition as a significant target for targeted cancer therapies, notably the development of selective TRK inhibitors. These inhibitors have shown promising clinical efficacy in patients with NTRK fusion-positive tumors, reflecting the importance of understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NTRK3 rearrangements. Research into NTRK3 not only enhances our comprehension of tumor biology but also aids in the identification of potential biomarkers for patient stratification and response to treatment. As a result, ongoing studies are focused on elucidating the biological functions of NTRK3, the impact of its alterations in various malignancies, and the underlying signaling pathways, thereby advancing the field of precision oncology.
