Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SAP30, also known as SIN3A-associated protein 30, is a multifunctional protein that plays a critical role in gene regulation and chromatin remodeling. Its involvement in various biological processes, including transcriptional repression, has attracted significant research interest. SAP30 is known to interact with the SIN3A complex, a key player in HDAC (histone deacetylase) activity, thereby participating in the regulation of gene expression through epigenetic mechanisms. Studies have shown that SAP30 may be implicated in cellular responses to stress, developmental processes, and the maintenance of stem cell pluripotency. Furthermore, alterations in SAP30 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where aberrant gene regulation contributes to tumorigenesis. Understanding the structure and function of SAP30 can provide insights into its role in health and disease, potentially leading to the identification of new therapeutic targets. Research focused on the biochemical properties, interaction networks, and regulatory mechanisms of SAP30 is crucial for elucidating its functions and contributions to cellular homeostasis and pathogenesis.
