Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BLOT5 is a recombinant protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential applications in diagnostic and therapeutic contexts. Initially identified as a protein involved in immune response mechanisms, BLOT5 has been shown to play a critical role in the activation of immune cells, particularly T cells. Research on BLOT5 focuses on its structural properties and functional implications in immune signaling pathways, which may offer insights into autoimmune diseases and cancer treatment strategies. The ability to produce BLOT5 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its interactions with various ligands and receptors, enabling researchers to explore its biological functions more thoroughly. Moreover, generating BLOT5 in a recombinant form facilitates the development of novel diagnostic tools, potentially aiding in the early detection of immune-related disorders. As the scientific community seeks to understand the complexities of immune regulation, BLOT5 stands out as a promising candidate for further exploration, potentially leading to advancements in both basic research and clinical applications. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate its precise mechanisms of action, paving the way for innovative therapeutic interventions that harness the power of the immune system in combating diseases.
