Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Recombinant SAMD4A protein, a member of the SAM (Sterile Alpha Motif) domain-containing family, has garnered research interest due to its potential roles in cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, gene regulation, and immune response. SAMD4A is known to interact with various proteins and play a critical role in the formation of ribonucleoprotein complexes, which are essential for mRNA processing and stability. Recent studies suggest that SAMD4A may also be involved in the regulation of cellular stress responses and have implications in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Understanding the structure and function of SAMD4A is crucial for uncovering its biological significance and potential therapeutic applications. The generation of recombinant SAMD4A protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, facilitating the exploration of its functional mechanisms and interactions. As research progresses, insights gained from studying recombinant SAMD4A could significantly contribute to our understanding of post-transcriptional regulation and the development of novel strategies for disease intervention.
