稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDY2 (Chromodomain Y-like 2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in male fertility and spermatogenesis. It is primarily expressed in the male germ cells and is implicated in the regulation of gene expression through its chromodomain, which allows it to interact with methylated histones, thereby influencing chromatin structure and function. Research on CDY2 has gained significance due to its potential involvement in various reproductive disorders and infertility issues. Recent studies have shown that mutations or altered expression levels of CDY2 can lead to impaired sperm development and functionality, which highlights its importance in understanding male reproductive health. Moreover, the generation of recombinant CDY2 proteins has opened new avenues for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying its functions. By producing these proteins in vitro, researchers can conduct detailed analyses of CDY2's interactions with other nuclear proteins and explore its role in epigenetic regulation during spermatogenesis. As the field progresses, the study of CDY2 not only contributes to a deeper comprehension of male infertility but also presents opportunities for potential therapeutic approaches aimed at restoring fertility. Thus, exploring the properties and mechanisms of CDY2 recombinant proteins is a vital step towards elucidating their biological relevance and potential clinical applications in reproductive health.
