稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD180, also known as RP105, is a protein primarily expressed on the surface of B cells and plays a crucial role in the immune system's response to pathogens. It functions as a co-receptor that enhances B cell receptor (BCR) signaling, thereby influencing B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. Research into CD180 has gained significant momentum due to its implications in various immune-related conditions, including autoimmune diseases and infections. The understanding of CD180’s role in immune regulation has prompted investigations into its potential as a therapeutic target for enhancing vaccine efficacy or modulating immune responses in diseases such as cancer and chronic inflammatory disorders. Recombinant CD180 protein has been developed to better study its functions and interactions with other immune molecules. This research involves characterizing the structure-function relationship of CD180, examining its signaling pathways, and assessing its effects on B cell activity in vitro and in vivo. The production of recombinant CD180 allows for high-purity protein that can be used in functional assays, leading to a deeper understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical applications. Overall, the exploration of CD180 and its recombinant form is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of B cell biology and developing novel immunotherapeutic strategies.
