Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDCA1, or Cell Division Cycle Associated 1, is a crucial protein involved in cell proliferation, playing a significant role in the cell cycle regulation. Its expression is tightly linked to various stages of cell division, and abnormalities in CDCA1 levels have been associated with several types of cancers, including breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers. Research has demonstrated that CDCA1 is overexpressed in malignant tissues, suggesting it may serve as a potential biomarker for tumorigenesis and a target for cancer therapy. Moreover, CDCA1 is believed to interact with key proteins in the cell cycle machinery, influencing processes such as mitosis and DNA repair. Given its oncogenic potential, studying recombinant CDCA1 proteins can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and cell cycle regulation. Researchers aim to produce and characterize recombinant CDCA1 to explore its biological functions and interactions within the cellular environment. This knowledge can ultimately inform the development of innovative therapeutic strategies targeting CDCA1, potentially leading to more effective cancer treatments. As the understanding of CDCA1's role in cancer biology deepens, it may pave the way for novel approaches in personalized medicine, enhancing treatment outcomes for cancer patients.
