Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PR10A is a plant pathogenesis-related protein classified into the PR-10 family, which is known for its role in plant defense mechanisms against biotic stressors, including pathogens and pests. PR-10 proteins are typically small, soluble proteins that exhibit a range of biological functions, including ribonuclease activity, involvement in plant signaling pathways, and potential allergenic properties in humans. Research on PR10A has garnered interest due to its suggested role in enhancing plant tolerance to environmental stresses, such as salinity, drought, and heavy metal exposure. Studies have shown that the expression of PR10A can be induced in response to various stress conditions, signaling its importance in plant survival and adaptation strategies. Moreover, the ability to recombinantly produce PR10A opens avenues for exploring its therapeutic potential in agriculture, such as developing transgenic crops with improved resilience and resistance traits. Investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying PR10A's functionality, along with its interactions with other cellular components, is crucial for understanding its full potential in crop improvement and biotechnological applications.
