Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS6KL1, or ribosomal protein S6 kinase-like protein 1, is a member of the ribosomal protein S6 kinase family, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and translation regulation. This protein has garnered interest due to its potential involvement in several diseases, particularly cancer and metabolic disorders. Understanding RPS6KL1's function and mechanisms can provide insights into its role in tumorigenesis and cellular metabolism. Recent studies have suggested that RPS6KL1 may be involved in signaling pathways that affect cancer cell survival and proliferation, making it a promising therapeutic target. Additionally, the generation of recombinant RPS6KL1 protein has facilitated detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its structure, interactions, and functional relevance in cellular contexts. Given the importance of post-translational modifications and the protein's dynamic nature, ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise regulatory mechanisms governing RPS6KL1 activity. By understanding these pathways, scientists hope to develop novel strategies for targeting RPS6KL1 in cancer therapy and other pathologies, highlighting its significance in biomedical research and therapeutic development.
