稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Chi3l3, also known as chitinase-3-like protein 3 or YKL-40, is a member of the chitinase-like protein family, which is involved in various biological processes, including inflammation, tissue remodeling, and immune response. The research surrounding Chi3l3 has gained traction due to its association with several pathological conditions, such as cancer, asthma, and neurodegenerative diseases. Elevated levels of Chi3l3 in serum and tissue have been linked to poor prognosis in cancer patients, making it a potential biomarker for tumor progression. Furthermore, Chi3l3 plays a crucial role in the regulation of the immune system by modulating macrophage activity and promoting tissue repair, which can be both beneficial and detrimental, depending on the context of the disease. Researchers have also explored the involvement of Chi3l3 in chronic inflammatory diseases, where it may contribute to tissue damage and remodeling. Its expression can be induced by various cytokines, highlighting its role in the inflammatory response. Given the diverse roles of Chi3l3 in various diseases, ongoing studies aim to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and pathways, potentially leading to the development of targeted therapies and diagnostic tools. Overall, the exploration of Chi3l3 holds promise for understanding the complex interplay between inflammation and disease, offering insights into both pathology and therapeutic interventions.
