Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC2L6, also known as cyclin-dependent kinase 2-like 6, is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) family, which plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and various cellular processes. Research into CDC2L6 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Unlike its well-characterized counterparts, the functional dynamics of CDC2L6 remain poorly understood, making it an intriguing target for biological investigation. Studies have suggested that CDC2L6 may have implications in tumorigenesis and other pathological conditions, warranting the need for recombinant expression of this protein to facilitate further studies. The recombinant form of CDC2L6 allows researchers to analyze its activity, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms in detail. Understanding how CDC2L6 functions could provide insights into its role in cancer biology and offer potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore, the investigation of CDC2L6 through recombinant protein studies could contribute to the broader understanding of CDK family members and their diverse functions within cellular contexts. Overall, the exploration of CDC2L6 presents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of cell cycle regulation and developing strategies to combat diseases associated with dysregulation of this important cellular machinery.
