Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FGFR2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2) is a critical receptor involved in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and survival. It plays a significant role in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis, making it an important target in cancer research and therapeutic development. Recurrent mutations and dysregulation of FGFR2 have been implicated in several malignancies, including gastric and breast cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The production of recombinant FGFR2 proteins has gained substantial interest, as these proteins can be utilized to study their structural and functional properties in vitro. Furthermore, recombinant FGFR2 is employed in drug development efforts aimed at inhibiting its oncogenic pathways, providing a valuable tool for screening small molecules or monoclonal antibodies. Overall, research involving FGFR2 recombinant proteins is advancing our understanding of receptor signaling pathways and paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies in FGFR2-related diseases.
