Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the rpsB gene, which encodes the ribosomal protein S2, has garnered significant attention in microbiology and genetics due to its integral role in protein synthesis and ribosome assembly. Ribosomal proteins are critical for maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of ribosomes, the molecular machines responsible for translating mRNA into proteins. Variations in the rpsB gene can influence ribosomal function and, consequently, cellular metabolism and growth. Research on rpsB recombinant proteins serves multiple purposes, including understanding the protein’s structure and its interactions within the ribosome, as well as exploring the evolutionary conservation across different organisms. Additionally, as antibiotic resistance becomes a pressing global health issue, rpsB and its associated pathways are being investigated for potential targets in drug development. By producing and analyzing rpsB recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the mechanisms of ribosome assembly and function, which can lead to innovative strategies for combating bacterial infections and enhancing biotechnological applications. Overall, the investigation of rpsB not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also has practical implications in medicine and biotechnology.
