Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL36A, a gene encoding a ribosomal protein that is an essential component of the 60S ribosomal subunit, plays a pivotal role in ribosome biogenesis and protein synthesis within the cell. Research into RPL36A has garnered interest due to its implications in cellular growth and proliferation, as well as its potential involvement in various diseases, including cancers and genetic disorders. Mutations or dysregulation of ribosomal proteins like RPL36A can lead to a condition known as ribosomopathy, characterized by abnormalities in ribosome function and associated cellular mechanisms. Additionally, the study of recombinant RPL36A protein has important applications in understanding the structural and functional dynamics of ribosomes, as well as their interactions with other macromolecules. This research can provide valuable insights into the fundamental processes of translation and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ribosome function in pathological states. Scientists continue to explore the potential of RPL36A as a biomarker for disease progression, as well as its role in the response to cellular stressors. Given these factors, the recombinant expression and purification of RPL36A is crucial for further functional studies and the development of targeted interventions in ribosome-related diseases.
