Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNPC3 (RNA-binding protein with a molecular weight of 3) is an essential RNA-binding protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including RNA splicing, transport, and stability. Recent research has highlighted its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and the biogenesis of small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), which are crucial for pre-mRNA splicing. Abnormalities in RNPC3 have been linked to several diseases, including various cancers, where its altered expression can affect tumor progression and metastasis. The recombinant expression of RNPC3 protein provides an invaluable tool for studying its functional roles and interactions with RNA and other cellular components. By producing this protein in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can analyze its structural properties, binding affinities, and regulatory mechanisms in detail. The significance of RNPC3 in cellular homeostasis and its potential as a therapeutic target underscore the importance of ongoing studies in understanding its functions and implications in health and disease. Thus, the generation and characterization of RNPC3 recombinant protein are pivotal for advancing our knowledge of RNA biology and contribute to the development of novel approaches in targeted therapies for RNA-related disorders.
