稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
S100A7, also known as psoriasin, is a member of the S100 family of calcium-binding proteins that play crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and immune responses. Originally identified in the context of psoriasis, S100A7 has been linked to inflammatory diseases and cancer, particularly in the skin and breast tissue. Research has shown that S100A7 is overexpressed in several malignancies, where it may contribute to tumor progression by promoting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Its interaction with the immune system has also garnered attention, as it modulates the activity of immune cells and can influence the tumor microenvironment. Given its relevance in pathological conditions, S100A7 has emerged as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a promising target for therapeutic interventions. The production of recombinant S100A7 protein has facilitated in-depth studies of its structure, function, and role in disease mechanisms, paving the way for innovations in treatment strategies aimed at regulating its activity in various disorder contexts.
