稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ccl27a, also known as C-C motif chemokine ligand 27a, is a crucial chemokine involved in immune responses and skin homeostasis. Its primary function is to attract T cells and other immune cells to sites of inflammation or injury, playing a vital role in cutaneous immune regulation. Research into Ccl27a has gained momentum due to its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, skin disorders, and therapeutic applications. Studies have demonstrated that Ccl27a is significantly upregulated in conditions such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, suggesting its involvement in the pathogenesis of these diseases. The recombinant production of Ccl27a protein allows for detailed investigations into its biochemical properties, receptor interactions, and functional roles in immune cell migration and skin pathology. Additionally, understanding the signaling pathways activated by Ccl27a can aid in developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting cutaneous inflammation and immune dysregulation. The generation of recombinant Ccl27a also facilitates in vitro and in vivo studies, providing insights into its role in chronic inflammatory conditions and potential use as a biomarker for disease progression or treatment efficacy. Overall, research on Ccl27a recombinant protein aims to elucidate its mechanisms and implications in both health and disease, paving the way for innovative approaches to skin-related immune therapies.
