  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RNF6, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It is known to regulate protein stability and signaling pathways by tagging substrates for proteasomal degradation. Recent studies have highlighted RNF6's involvement in cancer biology, where its dysregulation is associated with tumor growth and progression. The interest in RNF6 recombinant protein arises from its potential as a therapeutic target and its utility in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these pathological conditions. Researchers are exploring the functional implications of RNF6 in key signaling pathways, such as the Wnt and Notch pathways, which are crucial for cellular communication and development. Additionally, RNF6's interaction with other proteins and its role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system make it a significant focus in the study of protein homeostasis and cell cycle regulation. The generation of RNF6 recombinant protein allows scientists to investigate its specific functions and interactions in detail, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in diseased states, including cancer.
