稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cdc42 is a member of the Rho family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and cell cycle regulation. Its dysregulation has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and developmental abnormalities. Research on Cdc42 has gained significant attention due to its pivotal role in regulating actin filament organization and vesicle trafficking. Recombinant Cdc42 proteins are essential tools for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying its functions. These proteins allow researchers to investigate the biochemical properties of Cdc42, including its interactions with downstream effectors and regulatory proteins. Additionally, the use of recombinant Cdc42 facilitates in vitro assays that can elucidate how Cdc42 influences cell behavior, such as morphological changes during the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and processes involved in cellular signaling pathways. Understanding Cdc42’s function and regulation through recombinant protein studies is fundamental for developing targeted therapeutic strategies that could potentially mitigate the effects of diseases associated with its aberrant activity. Thus, the exploration of Cdc42 recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of fundamental cellular biology but also holds promise for future biomedical applications.
