Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF185 is a member of the RING finger protein family, which plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including protein ubiquitination, degradation, and signal transduction. Previous studies have suggested that RNF185 may be involved in the regulation of immune responses and cancer biology, as it has been found to modulate the stability of key signaling molecules. The interest in RNF185 as a recombinant protein stems from its potential as a therapeutic target and its utility in understanding Ubiquitin-Proteasome System (UPS) pathways. The expression and purification of RNF185 in a recombinant form allow researchers to explore its biochemical properties, structural features, and functional roles within cells. Additionally, investigating the interactions of RNF185 with other cellular proteins can reveal insights into its regulatory mechanisms and its implications in diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders. As a result, the research on RNF185 recombinant protein is not only pivotal for unveiling its biological significance but also for developing new strategies in targeted therapy and enhancing our understanding of protein homeostasis in health and disease.
