Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AGO3, a pivotal member of the Argonaute protein family, plays a crucial role in RNA interference and gene regulation, primarily through its involvement in the miRNA and siRNA pathways. This protein is essential for the assembly and function of RNA-induced silencing complexes (RISC), which mediate the post-transcriptional silencing of target mRNAs. Research into AGO3 has gained momentum due to its implications in various biological processes, including development, immunity, and pathogen response. Additionally, aberrant expression or mutations of AGO3 have been linked to numerous diseases, including cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of AGO3 is critical for elucidating the mechanisms of gene silencing and developing strategies for manipulating these pathways. Furthermore, as the field of synthetic biology and gene therapy advances, AGO3's role in modulating gene expression offers promising avenues for innovative treatments. Consequently, the study of AGO3 recombinant proteins has become increasingly relevant, providing insights into their molecular interactions and functional dynamics, which may pave the way for novel interventions in gene regulation and therapeutic applications.
