Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF184 is a member of the RING finger protein family, which plays essential roles in various cellular processes, including protein ubiquitination, signal transduction, and regulation of gene expression. As a E3 ubiquitin ligase, RNF184 is involved in the post-translational modification of target proteins, thereby influencing their stability, activity, and interactions. Recent studies have indicated that RNF184 may be implicated in several biological pathways, such as immune response, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of RNF184 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where it may alter the degradation of tumor suppressors or oncogenes. The production of recombinant RNF184 protein facilitates the investigation of its structural properties, functional assays, and interaction studies, enabling researchers to better understand its role in ubiquitination processes and disease mechanisms. Furthermore, recombinant protein studies can provide insight into the potential use of RNF184 as a therapeutic target or biomarker. Given the increasing interest in the ubiquitin-proteasome system in drug discovery, elucidating the functions and mechanisms of RNF184 through recombinant protein expression and characterization is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical implications.
