Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF180 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that has garnered attention due to its potential implications in cancer biology and cellular signaling pathways. Research indicates that RNF180 may play a key role in regulating protein stability and degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Abnormal expression or mutations in RNF180 have been linked to various malignancies, prompting investigations into its function and mechanisms. Additionally, RNF180 is thought to interact with several proteins involved in critical cellular processes, such as apoptosis and cell cycle regulation, highlighting its significance in tumorigenesis. Given the increasing prevalence of cancer globally, understanding the molecular and functional dynamics of RNF180 could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies. The study of recombinant RNF180 protein aims to unveil its structural characteristics, functional roles, and potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis, ultimately contributing to the broader field of oncology and targeted treatment approaches.
