Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YPT1, a member of the Rab GTPase family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of intracellular transport and membrane trafficking in eukaryotic cells. It is predominantly involved in vesicle transport processes that are essential for maintaining cellular functions, including endocytosis and exocytosis. Research on YPT1 has gained significant attention due to its implication in numerous cellular pathways and its potential involvement in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. The recombinant expression of YPT1 protein allows for the study of its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in cellular pathways. By utilizing technologies such as recombinant DNA methods, researchers can produce YPT1 in suitable expression systems, enabling in-depth functional assays and structural studies. Understanding YPT1's mechanisms can lead to insights into its role as a therapeutic target, potentially yielding strategies for modulating its function in disease contexts. The exploration of YPT1 not only enhances our comprehension of cellular logistics but also opens avenues for biotechnology applications, such as drug delivery systems and gene therapy techniques. As the research on YPT1 continues to evolve, it holds promise for innovative approaches in cellular biology, biophysics, and medicine, emphasizing the importance of detailed investigation into its molecular and functional characteristics.
