稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The TEM8 protein, also known as Tumor Endothelial Marker 8, is a receptor that has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its selective expression in the endothelial cells of tumor vasculature. Unlike normal endothelial cells, TEM8 is predominantly found in the blood vessels of various tumors, making it a potential target for cancer therapies and diagnostics. Research has shown that TEM8 plays a crucial role in tumor angiogenesis, the process by which new blood vessels form from existing ones, thereby supplying nutrients and oxygen to tumors and facilitating their growth and metastasis. The study of TEM8 and its signaling pathways could provide insights into tumor biology and lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at hindering tumor progression. Moreover, the exploration of TEM8 as a biomarker for tumor-endothelium provides opportunities for targeted drug delivery and imaging applications in oncology. As such, the ongoing research into the structure and function of TEM8 recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our understanding of cancer biology and improving treatment options for patients.
