Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC71, or Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 71, is a protein that has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Research has indicated that CCDC71 may be involved in various cellular functions, including cell division and differentiation, which are critical for normal development and tissue homeostasis. Mutations or dysregulation of CCDC71 expression have been linked to several pathological conditions, including certain cancers and developmental disorders. Due to its structural features, particularly its coiled-coil domains, CCDC71 is also thought to participate in protein-protein interactions, influencing signal transduction pathways and cellular responses to environmental stimuli. Understanding the biological functions of CCDC71 through studies of its recombinant protein could provide insights into its role in health and disease, as well as potential therapeutic targets. Current research efforts focus on producing CCDC71 recombinant proteins to study their physical and biochemical properties, interactions, and functional implications in cellular contexts. Exploring the mechanistic pathways involving CCDC71 could lead to advancements in targeted therapies and improve our understanding of complex diseases where this protein is implicated. Overall, the study of CCDC71 and its recombinant forms represents a promising area of research that bridges fundamental biology with clinical applications.
