Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF14, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes including protein degradation, cell signaling, and responses to stress. Its involvement in the modulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway and potential implications in cancer and autoimmune diseases have garnered increasing attention. The research surrounding RNF14 focuses on understanding its mechanisms of action, substrate specificity, and regulatory pathways. Investigating RNF14 as a recombinantly expressed protein enables researchers to elucidate its structural properties and functional roles in a controlled environment. Moreover, the expression and purification of RNF14 in heterologous systems provide a platform for high-throughput screening of its interactions with various substrates and inhibitors. Such studies not only advance our knowledge of RNF14’s pathogenic mechanisms but also pave the way for therapeutic interventions targeting RNF14 in disease contexts. By harnessing recombinant technology, researchers aim to disentangle the complexities of RNF14’s activity, contributing significantly to the broader field of ubiquitination and cellular regulation.
