Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on the recombinant protein RPMC (Retinal Pigment Epithelium-derived Melanoma Cell) has gained significant attention due to its potential role in understanding various biological processes and disease mechanisms related to retinal health and cancer. RPMC proteins are involved in the regulation of cellular functions and have been implicated in the pathology of retinal diseases, including age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Additionally, RPMC proteins exhibit properties that are crucial for cell proliferation and differentiation, making them candidates for targeted therapeutic approaches in melanoma treatment. The ability to produce these proteins recombinantly allows researchers to explore their structure, function, and interactions in a controlled environment, facilitating detailed studies on their role in cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, recombinant RPMC proteins can be utilized in drug development and as potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis. As researchers advance their methodologies in protein expression and purification, the study of RPMC is poised to contribute to significant breakthroughs in ophthalmology and oncology, thereby enhancing our understanding of both normal physiology and disease pathology.
