Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF10, a member of the RBR E3 ubiquitin ligase family, has garnered significant research interest due to its pivotal role in cellular processes such as protein degradation, signal transduction, and stress responses. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological contexts, including inflammation, cancer progression, and neuronal function. RNF10 exerts its effects by ubiquitinating target proteins, thereby regulating their stability and activity. This post-translational modification is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing RNF10's function may provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target, particularly in diseases where dysregulation of ubiquitin-proteasome pathways is implicated. The recombinant expression of RNF10 allows for detailed biochemical characterizations and functional assays, thus facilitating the dissection of its role in cellular signaling networks and disease states. This research is vital for elucidating the biological significance of RNF10 and exploring its utility in therapeutic applications.
