Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RMND1 (Required Monoubiquitination of NPRL2 Domain Containing 1) is a protein thought to play a crucial role in cellular processes such as ribosome biogenesis and the regulation of the DNA damage response. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in a variety of cellular stress responses. Recent studies have highlighted its potential function in the monoubiquitination process, which is essential for the normal functioning of various proteins and signaling pathways. The disruption of RMND1 has been associated with several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Given its central role in maintaining cellular homeostasis, understanding the structure and function of RMND1 is critical for elucidating its mechanism of action and identifying potential biomarkers for disease. Research into the recombinant expression of RMND1 can offer insights into its biochemical properties, potential protein interactions, and functional domains, paving the way for the development of targeted therapies aimed at restoring normal function in pathological conditions. This background sets the stage for detailed investigations into RMND1, highlighting the necessity for thorough research to unlock its potential in biomedical applications.
